48. Non-compliance with any of the provisions of this Part shall not render the proceedings on the appeal void unless the Tribunal shall so direct, but the Tribunal may give such directions for the purpose of mitigating the consequences of the irregularity as the justice of the case may require.
PART IV.
SAVINGS.
47. Nothing in these regulations shall affect the provisions of sub-section (7) of section 18 of the Ordinance,
48. No award of pension or allowance made under the provisions of the Force Pay and Pensions Code or of these regulations shall be commuted.
