PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 138).

REGULATIONS BY THE PHARMACY BOARD.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 4 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--

1. These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Citation. Holding Diplomas (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations,

1952, and shall be read as one with the Pharmacists Holding (Vol. X, Diplomas (Registration) Regulations.

(a) a certificate of registration of birth; and

(b) a declaration as provided for by sub-paragraph ([]) of paragraph (c) of regulation it of the Course of Training, Study and Examination for Applicants for Registration of Pharmacists Regulations,

shall upon payment of the fee payable on registration be entitled to be registered as a pharmacist under the Ordin-

ance.
