(1) the word "i" in the second line of paragraph (2) thereof and the substitution therefor of the words "any annual licence";

(ii) the word "a" in the first line of paragraph (3) thereof and the substitution therefor of the words '*an annual";

(b) the addition immediately after paragraph (3) thereof of
