THE EMERGENCY (CONTROL OF MINERALS) REGULATIONS, 1951.

Explanatory Note.

The Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Ordinance, 1951. probibits the use of a motor vehicle unless such use is covered by insurance or security against third party risks. The amendment is made to the principal regulations with the object that the licensing authority shall be shewn proof that such cover will be in force when the vehicle licence comer into operation. If he is not shewn such proof section 4 of the Ordinance presumably prohibits the issue of such licence. This is clarified by the new regulation 26.
