THE DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE

(Chapter 134).

ORDER MADE BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amend. Citation. ment of Schedule) Order, 1952.

2. The drugs specified in the Schedule shall be included in Amendment the First Schedule to the Ordinance.

SCHEDULE.

1. Acetyldihydrocodeine; any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing any proportion of acetyldihydro- codeine.

Dihydrocodeine; any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing any proportion or dihydrocodeine.

Alphaprodine (a-4-propionoxy-4-phenyl-l: 3-dimethyl-4- piperidine); its salts and any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing any proportion of alphaprodine.

4. Betaprodine (8-4-propionoxy-4-phenyl-1 : 3-dimethyl-4- piperidine); its saits and any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing any proportion of betaprodine,

5. Methorphinan (3-hydroxy-N-methylmorphinan}; its salts and any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing any proportion of methorphinan.

6. Hydroxypethidine (ethyl 4-m-hydroxyphenyl-l-methyl- piperidine-4-carboxylate); its salts and any preparation, admixture, extract or other substance containing any proportion of hydroxy- pethidine.
