LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RESOLUTION,

Resolution made an passed by the Legislative Council under section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109, on the 27th of March, 1952.

DUTIES ON LIQUOR.

Resolved pursuant to section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities

Ordinance, Chapter rog as follows:-

That the DUTIES ON LIQUOR as set forth in the Resolution of the Legislative Council published as Government Notification No. 638 in the Gazette of the 29th November, 1946, be revoked with effect from 2 o'clock P.M, on Tuesday, the 18th March, 1952, and that thereafter duty shall be payable on liquors at the following rates per gallon :-
