DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE. (Chapter 196).
ORDER BY THE Governor IN COUNCIL.
In exercise of the power conferred by section 11 of the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance the Governor in Council has made the following Order-
ORDER.
1. This Order may be cited as the Defences (Firing Areas) Citalion, (Schedule Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1952.
2. The First Schedule to the principal Ordinance is hereby Amendment famended by the deletion therefrom of paragraph (d).
to First Schedule of Cap. 198. Amendment
to Thinl
3. Paragraph 5 of the Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the deletion therefrom of sub- Schedule of paragraph (d).
Cap. 196.
4. This Order shall come into force on goth March, 1952. Commence-
