An Ordinance to amend the Pensions Ordinance, Chapter 89.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Short title. ment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1952.

2. Paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section z of the Pensions Amendment Ordinance is hereby amended-

(a) by the addition of the word "or" at the end of sub-section 2 of

paragraph (ii) thereof; and
