Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

This Ordinance may be cited as the Pentecostal Holiness Short title. Church Incorporation Ordinance, 1952.

2. The Superintendent for the time being in Hong Kong Incorpora. of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, hereinafter called the tion.
