An Ordinance to authorize, provisionally and subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, an under- taking for reclamation and other works of a public nature over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and sea bed situate at Kennedy Town.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Reclamations Short Ulle. and Works (Kennedy Town) Ordinance, 1952.
