Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Short title, ment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1952.

2. Paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section z of the Pensions Amendment Ordinance is hereby amended-
