An Ordinance to amend the Waterworks Ordinance, Chapter 102.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof—

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Waterworks (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance, 1952.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this 28th day of May, 1952.

1. Section 25 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended Amendment as follows-

of section 25 of

(a) by substituting the symbols and figure "(3)" for the Cap. 102.

symbols and figure "(a)" at the beginning of sub- section (2) thereof; and

(b) by inserting the following new subsection (2) im

mediately after subsection (1) thereof-
