BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

This Ordinance may be cited as the Agricultural Products Short title. (Marketing) Ordinance, 1952.
2. In this Ordinance-

"Advisory Board" means the persons appointed to form a pretation.

"agricultural product" includes any product of agriculture or 21 and 22
horticulture and any article of food or drink wholly or partly Gen. 5, manufactured or derived from any such products, and fleeces and the skins of animals;
