Classes of instruction outside reform- atory.

(2) A youthful offender granted leave of absence shall reside during his leave at the address directed by the manager. Any youthful offender who contravenes the provisions of this subsection shall be liable to be punished in the manner prescribed by the rules of the reformatory,

(3) Any youthful offender who without due cause does not return to the reformatory school at or before the expiration of the period for which he has been granted leave shall be deemed to have escaped from the reformatory and the provisions of sections af and 28 shall apply and the said youthful, offender shall be Hable to be punished in the manner, prescribed by the rules of the reformatory school.

218. (0) The manager of a reformatory school may, in the interests of training, order any youthfu! · offender to attend any class of instruction or to participate in any other activity outside the precincts of the reformatory school and conducted by persons other than members of the staff of the reformatory school.

(2) Any youthful offender shall be deemed, while absent from the reformatory school in pursuance of an order under this section, to be in legal custody."

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Trade Marks Register Short title. (Reconstruction) Amendment Ordinance, 1952.
