Under the existing regulations, special constables only have these powers etc. when they are called out for active service. These regulations therefore amend the principal regulations to provide that special constables ! may also be called out for açtive serviçe for the purpose of instruction of 1. training.

A similar provision existed in the Emergency (Special Constabulary) Regulations. 1950, but on amendment by the Emergency (Special Constabu- Iary) (Amendment) Regulations. 1951, the force of the provisien was lost,

THE MOTOR VEHICLES INSURANCES (THIRD PARTY RISKS) ORDINANCE, 1951,

ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL

(Under section 4(5).)

In exercise of the power conferred on him by subsection (5) of section 4 of the Motor Vehicles Insurance (Third Party Risks) Ordinance, 1951, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

ORDER.

1. This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Insurance Citation. (Third Party Risks) (Commencement) Order, 1951.

2. Subsection (1) of section 4 of the Motor Vehicles Date of Insurance (Third Party Risks) Ordinance, 1951, shall come into coming force on the 1st day of June, 1952.
