REGULATIONS BY THE Governor in Council.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsection

) of section 3 of the Pensions, Ordinance, 1949, the Governor Council, with the sanction of the Secretary of State, hereby makes the following regulations-

REGULATIONS.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Citation, ment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1951, and shall be read as one with

the Pensions Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations.

2. The Schedule to the principal regulations is hereby Amendment mended by the insertion immediately below the words "East of

Schedule African Railways and Harbours Administration" appearing to the therein of the following words-

"Employing Authorities under the Colonial Superannuation Scheme"1.
