5. In order to assist further in the effective implementation of His Majesty's Government's intention, it has also been considered never- sary to control by licence the importation into the Colony of the same materials, the export of which, except under licence, is prohibited by this Order.

In order to achieve this purpose the Governor in Council bas, made a further Order termed the Importation (Prohibition) (Specified Articles) Order, 1951, which is published separately in this isme of the Gazette, the effect of which is to prohibit except under licence the Importation of the materials described in the Schedule thereto, which materials, as previously stated, are the same as those controlled br this Order,

ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL
(under section 3).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, the Governor in Council hereby makes the following Order-
ORDER.
1. This Order may be cited 85 the Importation Citation, Prohibition) (Specified Articles) Order, 1951.
2. In this Order-
"Director" means the Director of Commerce and Industry; "import licence" means a licence issued under this Order; "specified article" means any article described in the Schedule
to this Order.
3. The importation into the Colony of any specified article except under an import licence issued by the Director is prohibited.
