NOTIFICATION

(under section 32 (1)).

It is hereby notified that is exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 (1) of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, 1947, the Governor in Council on the 6th day of March, 1951, did Order that the premises specified in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the further application of the said Ordinance.

SCHEDULE.

The premises known as Nos. 118, 120 and 122, Johnston Road, Wanchai.
