5. Regulation 81 of the principal regulations is hereby amended-

(a) by the substitution of a semi-colon for the full stop appearing at the end of paragraph (b) thereof and the addition immediately thereafter of the word "and"; (b) by the addition after paragraph (b) thereof of the
