PUBLIC HEALTH (SANITATION) ORDINANCE, 1935. (ORDINANCE No. 15 OF 1935).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council hereby amends the by-laws contained in Schedule A to the said Ordinance as follows:-

AMENDMENT.

Paragraph (4) of by-law 2 of the Conservancy By-laws in Schedule A to the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, shall be deleted and the following substituted therefor as para- graph (4)→→

"(4) (a) In districts where the Urban Council provides a

departmental service for the collection of excretal matter from premises not fitted with water closets, the following fees shall be payable to Government-
