(7) As between the Corporation and the Council and subject and without prejudice to the rights of other persons the Corporation shall have the custody of all securities and documents of title relating to the property of the Order, but the Council shall have free access thereto and be entitled in respect of documents to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom.
(8) When any disposition by the Corporation is expressed to be made by the authority or direction of the Council the title of a purchaser shall not be impeachable on the ground that no such authority or direction had in fact been given or that any authority or direction was improperly carried out and a purchaser shall not either before or on conveyance be concerned to make any inquiry as to the authority of the Corporation to make the disposition.
