An Ordinance further to amend the Rating Ordinance, 1901,

[and February, 1951.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Rating (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance, 195r, and shall be read as one with the Rating Ordinanca Ürdinance, 1901, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance. No. 6 of

1801.

1. Section 32 of the principal Ordinance is hereby repealed Repeal and and replaced as follows-

32. (1) The above rates shall be paid quarterly in of the

principal advance at the Treasury within the first month of each Ordinance. quarter, and the times appointed for such payment shall be notified quarterly by the Accountant General in the Gazette. Any rates not so paid shall be deemed to be in default.
