Rhenish Church, Hong Kong Synod.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Rhenish Short title. Church, Hong Kong Synod Ordinance, 1951.

"The Chinese Rhenish Church, Hong Kong Synod" or "the protation.

Hong Kong Synod" or "the Synod" means the representa- tives, pastors and preachers of such Chinese Rhenish Churches in Hong Kong and the representatives of educa- tional and charitable organizations established by the Synod as are or shall be members of the Synod in accordance with the Constitution;

"The Synod Committee" means the members of the Synod Committee duly elected in accordance with the Constitution and including the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the
