49. The Telephone Ordinance, 1925, the Telephone Amend- ment Ordinance, 1930, the Telephone Amendment Ordinance, 1933, the Telephone Amendment Ordinance, 1935, and the Telephone Amendment Ordinance, 1940, are hereby repealed.
(3) All charges specided in Items 1-5 inclusive include, where appropriate, the provision by the company of hand micro telephones. When hand micro telephones are not provided by the company, a rebate of $20 per annum shall be made by the company in respect of each line not so provided.
