An Ordinance to amend the law relating to the protection of

women and juveniles.

[5th January, 1951.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Protection of Women Short title. and Juveniles Ordinance, 1951.

2. In this Ordinance-

"brothel" includes premises or part thereof which would pretation.

"child", "young person", "probation officer", and "juvenile court' have the meanings assigned to them by the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance, 1932;

"'infant" means a person under the age of twenty-one ;
