Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council

under section 8 of the Illegal Strikes and Lock-outs

Ordinance, 1949, on 13th December, 1950.

Resolved pursuant to section 8 of the Illegal Strikes and Lock-outs Ordinance, 1949, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from the rst January, 1951.
