PLEASURE GROUNDS AND BATHING PLACES REGULATION ORDINANCE, 1936.

Regulations by the Governor in Council

(under section 3 of the Ordinance)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Regulation Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council hereby makes the following regulations-

REGULATIONS.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Blake Pier Citation. (Rescission) Regulations, 1950.

2. The regulations under the heading "Blake Pier" in the Rescission, Second Schedule to the Ordinance are rescinded.
