MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE, 1809. (ORDINANCE No. 10 OF 1899)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10 (6) and 13 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers him enabling, the Governor in Council has made amendments to the "Instructions to Government Surveyors as to the Survey of Life Saving Appliances" issued in 1935 and "Instructions to Government Surveyors as to the Survey of Passenger Accommodation" issued in 1941. Copies of the amendments will be supplied by the Director of Marine on request.
