2. By-law 2 under the heading "GENERAL BY-LAWS FOR ALL CLASSES OF HAWKERS", is revoked and replaced as follows-

Classes of hawkers.

There shall be six classes of hawkers :

Class 1-Stallholder hawker,

Class 2-Fixed Pitch hawker.

Class 3-Pedlar hawker.

Class 4-Newspaper hawker.

Class 5-Boot-black hawker.

Class 6,-Ice Cream and Frozen Confection

hawker.**

3. By-law 5 (1) is amended by the deletion at the end thereof of the words-

"Part III contains the fees for licensees trading in the harbour or in the waters of the Colony."

4. By-law 13 is amended by the deletion of "health officer, police officer or revenue officer" and the substitution therefor of "officer of the Sanitary Department or police officer”.

6. By-law 18 (r) is amended by the deletion from the third

line of the words "or goes on board any vessel,''.

6. The Special By-laws for Each Class of Hawker are amended as follows-

(a) Under the heading "Class Stallholder Haw- kers.", by the deletion of by-law 7:

(b) Under the heading "Class Hawkers.", by the deletion of by-law 7:

(c) The heading "Class 6.-Steamship Hawkers." and

the by-laws thereunder are deleted;

(d) The heading "Class 7 -Native Craft Hawkers." and the by-laws thereunder are deleted;

(e) The heading "Class 8-lee Cream and Frozen Confection Hawkers." is deleted and the following is substituted therefor "Class 6.-Ice Cream and Frozen Confection Haw- kers.".

Appendix I (which contains the forms of licence) is

7. amended-

(a) by the deletion of Form No. 6 and Form No. 7; (6) by renumbering Form No. 8 as Form No. 6.

8. Appendix II (which contains the licence fees) is amended by the deletion of Part 11.

9. Appendix II! (which contains a list of streets) is deleted.
