MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE, 1899.

(Ordnance No. 10 of 1809).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(6) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, und of all other powers him enabling, the Governor in Council has made amendments to the "Instructions to Government Surveyors as to the Survey of Passenger Ships" issued on the 4th October, 1941. Copies of the amendments will be supplied by the Director of Marine on request.
