PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE, 1937.
(Ordinance No. 8 of 1937).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1937, the Governor in Council amends the Poisons Regulations published as Government Notification No. 351 in the Gasette of 5th May, 1939, as follows-
AMENDMENT.
The Third List to the said regulations is hereby amended by the addition at the end thereof of the following-
"Antihistaminic agents, or histamine antagonists of the metabolic blocking type used for the relief of allergic symptoms, including ethylenediamine derivatives and other synthetic compounds with analogous pharmacologi- cal action, by whatever names or trade names they may be offered for sale.”
