PUBLIC HEALTH (SANITATION) ORDINANCE, 1935.

ORDER BY THE Governor in COUNCIL under Section 99.

In exercise of the powers cunferred by section 99 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, the Governor in Council makes the following Order :-

ORDER.

The provisions of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, shall apply to the Wa Hop Shek Cemetery at Wo Hop Shek in the New Territories.
