(0) Section 2 is amended by the deletion of the whole of the sixth line of subsection (1) and by the deletion in the last line of such subsection of the words "or Order in Council".

(z) Section 3 is amended in subsection (1) thereof-

(a) by the deletion of the definition of "Commonwealth" and the substitution therefor of the following-

""Commonwealth"

means collectively the United Kingdom, any

any British possession, the Republic of India, any state or territory under His Majesty's protection and any mandated or trust territory ***:

(b) by the deletion of the defnition of

*Dominion";

(c) by the deletion of the definition of

"disallowance";

(d) by the insertion in the second line of the definition of "enactment" after the words "competent authority" of the following-

"in the Colony";

(4) by the insertion in the last line of the definition of “Governor in Council' after the word "necessarily" of the following-
