An Ordinance to make provision for the protection of Public

Stores.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Stores Short title. Ordinance, 1950.

2. In this Ordinance-

"stores" includes all goods and chattels, and any single store or article.
