An Ordinance further to amend the Deportation of Aliens

Ordinance, 1935.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Deportation of Aliens Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Deportation of Aliens Ordinance, 1935, hereinafter referred to as Ordinance the principal Ordinance.

2. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended

(a) by inserting after the word "sub-section" in the second line of subsection (3) thereof the following-

"(t) or subsection";

(b) by substituting for the word "eighteen" where it appears in the second and last lines of paragraph (c) of subsection (3) thereof the word "twelve";
