An Ordinance to amend the Full Court Ordinance, 1933.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Full Court Short title. Amendment Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the

Full Court Ordinance, 1933, hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance principal Ordinance.

No. B of 1933.

2. Sections 2 and 3 of the principal Ordinance are hereby Rapeal and repealed and replaced by the following sections-

"Inter- pretation.

2. In this Ordinance-
