Section 12 is amended by the repeal of subsection (a).
(1) Section 2 is amended by the repeal in para- graph (2)(1) of the words "or of the Volunteer Forces" and by the substitution therefor of the following-
"or of the Hong Kong Defence Force".
(2) Section 4 is amended by the repeal of the last nine words in subsection (4) and the substitu- tion therefor of the following-
"is either a ship of war or a military aircraft of any foreign state".
(3) Section 34 is repealed and replaced by the
following-
"34. The powers and duties which may be exercised by the Commissioner of Police under this Ordinance may be exercised by any police officer of or above the rank of Superintendent or Assistant Superinten-
dent."
(1) Section 27 is amended by the repeal of sub- section (5) and the substitution therefor of the following-
