An Ordinance to constitute a Public Services Commission.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Ilong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

T. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Services Short title. Commission Ordinance, 1950.

2. In this Ordinance-

**Commission" means the Public Services Commission

established by this Ordinance;

"member" when used with reference to the Commission

does not include the Chairman.
