7. The provisions of section 35 of the Hong Kong Defence Force Ordinance, 1948, shall not apply to this Ordinance.

An Ordinance to amend the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance,

1933.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Arms and Ammuni- Short title. tion (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1933, hereinafter referred Ordinance to as the principal Ordinance.
