The Acting Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings

▲ B113 intituled: "in Ordinance to make provision for compul- sory service by citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies resident in Hong Kong in the Royal Hong Kong Defence Force, the Special Constabulary and the Essential Services Corps, to provide for transfer of persoimel from one of such bodies

the disposal of His Majesty's Royal Navy for general service officers and men of the Hong Kong Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve and ships of war maintained by the Colony."
