AND WHEREAS it is considered desirable that the Legislative Council

should form such Subsidiary Branch.

NOW, THEREFORE it is hereby Rosolved that the Executive Committee

of the United Kingdom Branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association bo asked for authority for the Legislative Council to form a Subsidiary Branch of the United Kingdom Branch of the aforesaid association.
