Resolved that this Council approve the accounting arrangementa

proposed for the Department of Supplies and Distribution, in His Excellency the Governor's Despatch No. 48 of the 19th March, 1949, and approved by the Secretary of State for the Colonies in his Despatch No. 226 of the 27th Septembar, 1949; and that this Council further appĽOVE that the limit or $10,000,000 proposed for the Japanese Trade Suspense Account be increased to $15,000,000.
