or veated in the Trustees for the time being of the Will and Codicil of Grenville Sharp deceased and the funds of the Trustees of the War Memorial Nursing Homo and for the adminis- trution of the said property and funds for maintaining endowing supporting carrying on or otherwise promoting subject to the provisions

of this Ordinance a hospital in substitution for the Matilda Eospital and the War Memorial Nursing Home as heretoforo constituted and to be called the Matilda and War Memorial Hospital."
