TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE, 1936.

REGULATIONS BY THE Governor in Council,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Telecommunication Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council makes the following amendments to the Radio-communication Regulations in the Schedule to the said Ordinance :--

AMENDMENTS.

1. Paragraph (f) of regulation 15 is hereby amended by the insertion of-

AIRCRAFT RADIO Operator's Endorsement

This is to certify that Mr.

has passed an examination in the following

(1) "International Aeronautical Communication Regula-

tions and Traffic Procedure,'

(2) "Operation of Aircraft Radio Stations and Radio

Apparatus."

The holder of this certificate is, therefore, qualified to operate radio-telegraph and radio-telephone equipment on board aircraft registered in Hong Kong.
