DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE, 1935, Ordinance No. 1 of 1936.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10A of the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council amends the Schedules to the said Ordinance as follows:-

AMENDMENTS

1. The following additional Firing Area, to be known as Firing Area C, shall be added to the First Schedule, immediately after Firing Area B :-

(c) FIRING AREA C-

The area included in this Firing Area comprises the greater part of the Castle Peak Peninsula and is hounded as follows:

By a line from Latitude 22" 24" 32", Longitude 113" 54′ 47′′ south wards to Latitude 22° 23′ 38" thence south south eastwards and east of NAM LONG to Latitude 22° 23′ 28*. Longitude 113" $5 17", thence south eastwards to Latitude 22° 22′ 02′′, Longitude 113° 55′ 46′′, thence north eastwards to Latitude 22° 22′ 27′′, Longitude 113° 56′ 43′′, thence north north eastwards to Latitude 22° 22′ 51°, Longitude 113° 56′ 51", thence north westwards to Latitude 22" '23′′ 13′′, Longitude 113 56′ 35′′, thence northwards to Latitude 22° 23" 40", Longitude 113° 56′ 38′′, thence northwards to Latitude 22 25′ 18′′, Longitude 113° 57′ 05′′, thence south westwards to Latitude 22° 24' 25" Longitude 113 55' 30", thence westwards to starting point.

The Third Schedule is hereby rescinded and the following shall be substituted therefor as the Third Schedule :-

1. (1) Notice that firing is taking place in any Firing Area Signals for shall be given by the hoisting or display of the signals hereinafter day and
