MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE, 1899.

(No. 10 of 1899).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 (1) (f) and section 46 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance set forth in Volume 1 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) as follows:-

AMENDMENT.

Table N on pages 348-349 of the said Volume 1 is amended by deleting from the list of specified wharves in Victoria, the words "Tonnochy Road Pier".
