THE REGISTRATION OF PERSONS ORDINANCE, 1949.
ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR
(under section 4 (2) of the Ordinance).
In exercise of the powers vested in him by section 4(2) of the Registration of Persons Ordinance, 1949, the Governor has made the following Order :
ORDER.
1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Persons citation. Order, 1949.
1. Every Head of Department and every person specified Category in the Schedule to this Order shall make application for regis of persons
specified. tration in accordance with the provisions of the Registration of Persons Ordinance, 1949, and Rules made thereunder.

SCHEDULE.
1. Every Head of Department (hereinafter referred to as an employer) and every person in the employment of a Department of the Government of Hong Kong (other than the Hong Kong Pulice Force) (hereinafter referred to as an employee).
2. Every member of the family of an employer or an mployee being of the age of ta years and upwards.
