NORTH POINT WHARVES LIMITED ORDINANCE, 1949.
(Ordinance No. 19 of 1049).
In exercise of the powers contained in section 3 of the North Point Wharves Limited Ordinance, 1949, North Point Wharves Limited makes the following by-laws in connexion with the conduct of its business and the maintenance of order and safety-
1.
BY-LAWS.
(a) Every Muster or Commanding Officer of any vessel Vessels to berthed alongside any of the Company's wharves shall shift his thir berth an berth on being requested to do so by an official of the Company.
