(Ordinance No. 25 of 1929).

Amendment of By-laws

(under section 4 of the Ordinance).

By virtue of and in accordance with the powers contained in sections 4 and 5 of the Chater Masonic Scholarship Fund Ordinance, 1929, the Trustees of the Chater Masonic Scholarship Fund, with the approval of the Governor in Council, hereby amend the By-laws made under the said Ordinance and appearing on pages 1073-5 of Volume III of the Regulations of Hong Kong

AMENDMENTS.

1. By-law 4 is amended by the deletion from the fourth line of the following

"(English Constitution in Hong Kong)"

2 By-law 11 is amended by the deletion from the third line of the words "the matriculation" and the substitution of the words ‘a matriculation or quivalent" therefor,
