In exercise of the powers vested in him by section 12A of the Stamp Ordinance, 1921, (as enacted by section 3 of the Stump Amendment Ordinance, 1949) the Colonial Secretary has made the following Order –

ORDER.

1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authoriza-Cilation. tion) Order No. 2, 1949.

In this Order-

“Ordinance" meana the Stamp Ordinance, 1921, as amended by the Stamp Amendment Ordinance, 1949.
